I received horrible service with regards to a booking of a ticket with intercape the "MANAGER" insisted that his cashier was right even though the wrong ticket was issued , I received bad attitude from the manager as well as when we stand at the till the cashiers don't even acknowledge you as a client standing infront of them they constantly having a conversation with their colleagues. I would suggest that you book any tickets at checkers Virginia as the service is horrible, I don't know what happened to customer service, or the saying that the "customer is right" in this case the staff is always right!
